RUSTON - Louisiana Tech will hold its annual Lady Techster Basketball Camp of Champions during the month of June.

Louisiana Tech head coach Kurt Budke, the Lady Techster coaching staff and various Tech players will be on hand along with some of the top high school and junior college coaches in the country to instruct campers.

Individual Camps, Position Play Camp, Day Camp and Team Camps will be offering throughout the month of June.

The two sessions of Individual Camps run June 6-9 and 13-16 for campers entering grades 6 through 12. Cost of the camp is $295 per camper per session and include housing, meals, a camp t-shirt, Lady Techster basketball, report card from campers coach. This camp is broken into age groups which allows campers to learn, participate and compete against those their own age and ability. Deadline to register is May 28.

One session of Position Play Camp will be offered June 11-13 for campers entering grades 8 through 12. This camp focuses on each individual position: point guard, forward and post. Plenty of individual attention will be given to the campers from the instructors, helping develop offensive moves and more. Only 200 campers will be accepted into this camp. Cost is $195 and includes housing, meals, a camp t-shirt and a Lady Techster basketball. Deadline to register is May 28.

The Lady Techster Day Camp is offered for youngsters entering grades 3 through 8 from June 21-24 at the Thomas Assembly Center from 9 a.m. until noon. Cost of the camp is $95. Campers will be given daily individual attention as they learn the fundamentals of the game of basketball. Deadline to register is June 18.

Team Camp is for any high school varsity, junior varsity or freshman teams that want to play a guaranteed 10 games against other teams in their divisions, according to classification and competition level. Each team will need a minimum of eight players and its own coach. Cost is $125 per player and one coach from each team will be provided free room and board. All team camp registration must be conducted through the high school coach. Deadline is May 28.
