With 137 rushing yards, Daniel Porter moved into second all-time at Louisiana Tech in career rushing yards. Porter now has 3,153 rushing yards and passed Ryan Moats (3,112 yards, 2002-04) in the all-time charts at Louisiana Tech.

Daniel Porter's 137 rushing yards in the game marks the 11th time Porter has rushed for over 100 yards in a game.

This game marks the fifth consecutive loss decided by 10 points or fewer for Louisiana Tech.

Dennis Morris became the first Bulldog player to record three touchdown catches in a game since James Jordan caught three touchdown passes against Southern Cal on Nov. 26, 1999. The catch put Morris into Tech's record books, marking his 15th career touchdown reception. Morris is now tied for 10th in the all-time charts at Louisiana Tech matching the 15 touchdown receptions recorded by Tommy Spinks (1966-69).

Dennis Morris set a career-high 127 receiving yards… in the first half.

Dennis Morris caught a 50-yard touchdown pass from Ross Jenkins 23 seconds into the game, marking the fastest score by Tech this season.

Ross Jenkins' 50-yard pass to Dennis Morris tied a season-long pass for the touchdown. Jenkins had previously thrown a 50-yard pass against Nicholls State on Sept. 19.

Jay Dudley was credited with a sack early in the game as Ryan Colburn was flagged for intentional grounding when Dudley was trying to bring him down.

Tech's second sack of the game was credited to Kwame Jordan, who brought Colburn down for a loss of 11 yards.

Fresno State's two touchdowns in the first quarter were scored in the span of 17 seconds.

Tym Toussaint partially blocked a punt attempt by Fresno's Robert Malone, the first blocked kick of any kind for Louisiana Tech this season.
