RUSTON, La. - Louisiana Tech wide receivers coach Conroy Hines has resigned his position in order to pursue other career opportunities head coach and athletics director Derek Dooley announced Saturday.

Hines has coached at Louisiana Tech since 1992 and has served under four different head coaches, working under Joe Raymond Peace, Gary Crowton, Jack Bicknell and Dooley.

"Conroy has given a lot of blood, sweat and tears to this university," said Dooley. "I appreciate all the hard work he has given and I wish him well in whatever endeavor he chooses in the future."
