Louisiana Tech's Joe Aillet Stadium has undergone quite a facelift in the last year.
Fresh coats of paint and new field turf were just the beginning. With the construction of Tech's new 1,400-square foot video board in the north end zone nearing completion, Tech's home games will not only have an improved fan experience, but will also increase athletic department revenue.
"Nowadays it's rare not to have (a video board)," Tech Deputy Athletics Director Bruce Van De Velde said. "The neat thing about this is that in probably puts us near the top of non-BCS stadiums, in terms of quality."
