LAKE CHARLES -- Mother Nature forced the postponement of Louisiana Tech's two softball games Friday in the first day of the McNeese State Tournament in Lake Charles.

Rain hit the area mid-morning and didn't let up as all three games set for Friday between LA Tech, McNeese State and Buffalo were washed away.

The tournament schedule has been revised as LA Tech will now play three games on Saturday and two on Sunday.

Saturday Schedule

10 a.m. Univ. of Buffalo vs. La. Tech

12:15 p.m. La. Tech vs. McNeese State

2:30 p.m. McNeese State vs. Buffalo

4:45 p.m. La. Tech vs. Univ. of Buffalo

Sunday, Feb. 28

Noon La. Tech vs. McNeese State

2 p.m. McNeese State vs. La. Tech
