RUSTON, La. – Not long after capturing the program's fifth straight bowl win, the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs produced a total of 10 selections to the 2018 Louisiana Sports Writers Association All-Louisiana football team, it was announced by the organization this week.

Four different Bulldogs earned first team honors, including
Jaylon Ferguson, who was a unanimous first team selection. Offensive lineman
O'Shea Dugas and receiver
Adrian Hardy also represented LA Tech on the first team, while cornerback
Amik Robertson joined Ferguson as a first team selection on defense.

Senior defensive lineman
Jordan Bradford picked up second team honors for the Bulldogs, while LA Tech had five players named honorable mention, including OL
Ethan Reed, OL
Kody Russey, WR
Teddy Veal, DE
Immanuel Turner and S
James Jackson.

Ferguson, who is now all-time leader in NCAA history in career sacks after breaking the record in last week's win over Hawaii in the SoFi Hawaii Bowl, added to his many accolades after being voted first team All-Louisiana. The senior defensive end earned C-USA Defensive Player of the Year honors after leading the country in sacks in 2018, while he was also recognized on four different All-America teams over the last month of the season.

Also representing the Bulldog defense was Robertson, who also earned first team all-conference by Conference USA after totaling 61 tackles, 7.5 tackles for loss, four interceptions and 12 pass break-ups. Robertson also had three QB hurries, a forced fumble, a fumble recovery and two blocked kicks in 2018.

Offensively, Louisiana Tech was represented by offensive lineman
O'Shea Dugas, who earned first team honors for both the state of Louisiana and Conference USA after playing in all 12 regular season games for the Bulldogs as a senior, while making 11 starts on the season. Over the course of his four-year career with the Bulldogs, Dugas made the most career starts of any other player in his time in Ruston (43).

Sophomore wide receiver
Adrian Hardy was also a first team selection after leading the Bulldogs in receiving in 2018 after starting every game this season. In 13 games, Hardy led the team with 75 catches for 1,145 yards and six touchdowns, while he ranks 15th nationally in receiving yards and 23rd in receiving yards per game (88.1).

Earning second team honors was senior tackle
Jordan Bradford, who ended his Bulldog career with a career-best 47 total tackles in his final campaign at LA Tech. Bradford registered 7.0 tackles for loss on the season, three QB hurries, one sack and recovered a fumble.
