RUSTON – Louisiana Tech Softball will hold a pair of Winter Camps in December as the Lady Techster program will offer two, one-day only sessions in the middle of the month.

Head coach Mark Montgomery and Co. will conduct the instructional camps on Saturday, Dec. 15 and Sunday, Dec. 16 for girls in grades 7 through 12. Cost of the camps are $175 per day and will include hitting, defense and pitching.

The Louisiana Tech's Softball Winter Camps will be staffed by Louisiana Tech softball coaches and players, who pride themselves in playing the game the right way. Campers will receive a hands-on approach to learning, making the camp experience enjoyable and rewarding for all campers. The hitting session will include basic fundamentals as well as advanced skill instruction.

The camps also offer a defensive position clinic which will be led by Head Coach Mark Montgomery and the Louisiana Tech pitchers. The defense portion of the camp will be led by all other coaches and players teaching the fundamentals of infield and outfield.
