RUSTON, La. – Due to contact tracing on the Arkansas-Pine Bluff side, Louisiana Tech and UAPB has moved its women's basketball game to Tuesday, Dec. 15 at 2 p.m. at the Thomas Assembly Center.

The game was originally scheduled for the night of Monday, Dec. 14. Due to the move of the game to a mid-week afternoon tip-off, admission to the contest will be free (up to the maximum Covid capacity of 1,200). Season ticket holders' reserved seats will be honored.

The Lady Techsters (3-1) will host the Golden Lions (1-1) in the mid-afternoon matinee as part of a day-night basketball doubleheader at the Thomas Assembly Center.

Eric Konkol and the Bulldogs will host Jackson State that evening at 6:30 p.m.

Brooke Stoehr and Co. are coming off a 73-66 win over Jackson State's women in its last outing to improve to 3-0 at home this season. The Lady Techsters are now 568-95 all-time in games played in Ruston, the second highest home winning percentage in the history of women's basketball.

Tech and UAPB will meet for the first time ever in women's basketball.
