Which email should I use?
Use the email address tied to your LA Tech ticket account. Students should use their @latech.edu email when accessing student tickets.
My ticket is not showing. What should I do?
First, make sure you are signed into the correct account. If you still do not see your tickets, contact the Ticket Office before arriving at the venue.
Can I screenshot my ticket?
Fans are encouraged to use the live mobile ticket in their account or save tickets to their mobile wallet. Screenshots may not scan properly at the gate.
Where do I go for gameday help?
Gameday ticket assistance may vary by sport and venue. Contact the Ticket Office in advance when possible, or visit the ticket assistance location at the venue on gameday.
