RUSTON – Louisiana Tech Football is scheduled to play a future home-and-home series against South Alabama, as announced by both schools on Wednesday.
LA Tech will travel to Mobile, Alabama to face USA on Sept. 24, 2022 in their new home Hancock Whitney Stadium. The Bulldogs will then host the Jaguars on Sept. 25, 2027 inside Joe Aillet Stadium.
This will be the second home-and-home series played between the two programs. They recently competed against one another in 2017 and 2018 with the 'Dogs coming out on top in both meetings.

The Bulldogs are coming off a 10-win season, the most victories since 1984. One of those victories was a 14-0 shutout over Miami (Fla.) in the 2019 Walk On's Independence Bowl. The program has now won six bowl games in six consecutive years (2014-19), the longest active streak in the nation.
