Â
"I thought we had improvements in several areas," said Head Coach Gary Stanley. "These improvements include the men's 4x4 relay,
Johnie Jean-Jacques' shot put performance, and Murphy's triple jump. Our women's triple jumpers also did well… and, of course, Riley's 3k school record. We have a lot of work to do over the next two weeks, which should lead to more improvements at the next meet."Â
Â
"We are progressing in the right direction with several good performances today," said Associate Head Coach
Nadia Alexander-Pompey. "We accomplished a personal best and made some technical improvements which are always encouraging. We are off this upcoming weekend, so we will use the time off to get some solid work in and focus on the next meet."
