Opening Statement…
"Last week we had a group that was trying really hard and our execution was not where it needed to be in certain phases of the game to allow ourselves to win the game at the end. It goes as coaches as well there was several different calls that we would have like to had back, where we wish we could have done it a little bit different. Some positives of our team is that there is progression and improvement in terms of when we started to where we our now. I am excited to see where we are at when we practice. We have a challenge this week with Middle Tennessee. Coach Rick Stockstill has done a great job there and been there awhile. They are a physical football team that is playing well together."

On Quarterback situation…
"The big reason last week was with Parker's (McNeil) health. Landry (Lyddy) went out and played well. There were some things in terms of reads and progressions out there but for his firstgame he did a very nice job giving our football team a chance to win. As long as Parker does not have any setbacks this week he will be out there as the starter and we will go from there. I am excited to see how Landry does today based off of playing 81 snaps and his growth and development… That is the plan this week. Parker is healthy and barring any setbacks that is the direction we will go."

On Griffin Hebert and Tre Harris...
"I would anticipate them being available. They are both working hard to get back and I look forward to them working in practice and getting back. It is a big hit when you have a lot of stuff directed one way then that goes out the window so you have to scrap those plans and find another way to get people the ball."
