ABOUT LOUISIANA TECH (4-1)
Louisiana Tech had three players record double-doubles but had to hold on late to win against Mississippi Valley State 66-59 on Tuesday night.

Jordan Marshall and Isla Airey finished with their league-best second of the season. Marshall scored 18 points and 14 rebounds for her second consecutive double-double, while Airey scored 12 and 11. Robyn Lee finished with her second of her career with 12 points and 13 boards.

Marshall is not only one of the top freshmen in Conference USA but also one of the best players in the league. Her 16.2 points per game is the highest among freshmen and ranks fifth overall. She adds 10.6 boards, a contest that ranks second in CUSA and 21st in the nation.

Airey has had a strong presence down low for the Lady Techsters. The Australian had five blocks against MVSU and has recorded multiple blocks in four of Tech's five games this season. She ranks 16th in the nation with 12 total blocks and 27th at 2.40 blocks per game, leading the conference in both. Airey also contributes 7.6 boards a contest.

Lee continues to see her production improve as the Lady Techster has had to rely on her experience on the court. The grad student averages almost 30 minutes per contest, and her 12.2 ppg is also an increase of four points from her senior campaign.

ABOUT SOUTHEASTERN (3-1)
Southeastern comes into the contest after beating Memphis 63-57 on Tuesday. The Lady Lions outscored the Tigers 38-22 in the second half to come back from a 10-point deficit.

SLU is an experienced team with seven seniors and 11 players who participated in the NCAA tournament two years ago.

Alexius Horne leads Southeastern with 17.3 points a game. The grad student sat out last season after undergoing an off-season surgery but has been a significant factor this year. She was a major contributor in the Lady Lions win over Memphis, scoring 18 points and five rebounds. She had a 24-point and seven-board performance against Nebraska.

Lexi Alexander is a physical presence down low for SLU. The Nicholls transfer adds 10.0 points and 8.8 rebounds a contest. She recorded a double-double in the Southeastern win over Southern Miss with 11 points and 12 boards.

Another contributor for SLU is senior Cheyanne Daniels. Daniels is second on the team with 11.3 points and 5.0 rebounds a game. She has contributed double-figure points in three games this season.
