The Bulldogs enter the weekend after seeing seven different student-athletes set personal records two weeks ago at the LSU Purple Tiger.
The women hold the top spot in the 4x400-meter relay and the high jump among all Conference USA competitors, along with six others that hold places among the top five in their respective events. The relay group comprised of Jamara Patterson, Osaretin Joy Usenbor, Jenaia Williams and Nia Wiley lead the conference with a time of 3:40.81.
A'reil Williams and Alyiah Eugene hold the top two spots in the high jump with marks of 1.75 meters and 1.73 meters. Ulanda Lewis (60 meter), Praise Ofoku (200 meter), Usenbor (400 meter) and Kimeone McLeod (60-meter hurdles) also currently hold top-five spots in CUSA.
On the men's side, the Bulldogs hold six top-five spots across CUSA's indoor competition, including Oscar Smith who holds the top spot in the 60-meter hurdles and is the indoor program record holder with a time of 7.74. His time also ranks sixth in the Division I South Central Region and tied for 22nd among all NCAA Indoor Division I competitors nationally.
