Paris Bradley named CUSA Player of the Week

RUSTON – Louisiana Tech sophomore guard Paris Bradley was named the Conference USA Player of the Week, announced by the league on Monday afternoon.
 
Bradley filled out the stat sheet this past week, contributing in all facets of the game. Across two game, Bradley recorded 28 points, 13 rebounds, six assists, and two steals. 
 
Against intra-parish rival Grambling, the sophomore guard pulled down six boards and dished out six assists, a game high and season high. Bradley's nine points also contributed in the win, allowing Louisiana Tech to push their advantage to 8-0 in the all-time series.
 
On the biggest stage of the season, Paris Bradley performed. Against #5 LSU in the Smoothie King Center on national television, the Carrollton Texas native scored a game-high 19 points with four three-point shots. Bradley also pulled down seven boards, a team high, and added two steals. Nineteen points set a new season high for number 23, marking her eighth double-figure scoring effort of the season.
 
This marks the first weekly award won by the Lady Techsters this season and the ninth weekly award won by the reigning Conference USA Freshman of the Year in her career.
 
Bradley and the Lady Techsters return to action with two home games against Central Arkansas and Central Baptist. Tipoff against UCA is set for 6:30 p.m. CT on Wednesday, December 17^th and will be broadcast on ESPN+.
