RUSTON – In conjunction with the Sun Belt Conference, Louisiana Tech football released its full 12 game 2026 schedule Friday, which includes eight Sun Belt Conference matchups.
 
The Bulldogs will host six games at Origin Bank Field at Joe Aillet Stadium, with nonconference meetings against in-state foe Northwestern State on Sept. 5 and Army on Oct. 3. UL-Lafayette will visit Ruston on Oct. 10 for the SBC opener, while Old Dominion comes to town for an Oct. 24 matchup.
 
Tech will round out its home slate with back-to-back SBC games against Southern Miss on Nov. 14 and Arkansas State during Week 12 (TBA) on Nov. 19, 20 or 21.
 
The Bulldogs will make back-to-back Power Four nonconference road trips to face LSU on Sept. 12 and Baylor on Sept. 19. After a bye week and back-to-back home games against Army and UL-Lafayette, Tech will travel down I-20 to ULM on Oct. 17 for the first meeting against the Warhawks in 26 years.
 
LA Tech will travel to South Alabama on Oct. 31 before heading to Troy for a Nov. 7 meeting. The Bulldogs will then host Southern Miss and Arkansas State before traveling to Georgia Southern on Nov. 28 for the final game of the regular season.
