RUSTON | Louisiana Tech has announced on Wednesday that it has partnered with ScoreMore Travel to launch GoTechTravel.com, a dedicated hotel booking site that allows fans to turn their travel into direct support for the university's 350 student-athletes.

The launch coincides with Louisiana Tech's move to the Sun Belt Conference, which renews several longstanding rivalries and, importantly, puts most away games within driving distance for Bulldog and Lady Techster fans, making it an especially good time for supporters to turn road-trip travel into a new revenue source for the program.

Through GoTechTravel.com, 50% of all booking proceeds go directly to Louisiana Tech Athletics, creating a new revenue stream for student-athlete programs and initiatives. The platform enables fans to support the Bulldogs and Lady Techsters while traveling for business, vacations, family trips, or to watch them play — without paying any extra.

Louisiana Tech joins a growing roster of college athletic departments partnering with ScoreMore, giving Bulldog fans a platform with access to global hotel inventory and competitive pricing that offers the same options and rates as major travel sites. The key difference: a significant portion of every booking is redirected back to support student-athletes.

ScoreMore is part of Nonprofit Trips, a company founded by travel and technology entrepreneurs Clay Burdelik and Daniel Litvak. The platform is designed specifically to work with college athletics programs and mission-driven organizations, providing custom travel portals that capture hotel commissions that would otherwise go to traditional online travel agencies.
