Q: Why is Louisiana Tech Athletics moving to mobile ticketing and parking?
A: In short, mobile ticketing makes cheering on the Bulldogs and Lady Techsters safer, faster, and more convenient. Mobile ticketing and parking gives fans instant access to their season tickets/parking and single game tickets. It also allows for contactless entry, which is safer and faster. Our new mobile ticketing and parking system also allows fans to transfer their tickets/passes while reducing the risk that tickets are lost or stolen.
Q: Can I print my tickets and/or parking passes at home?
A: Yes. Fans without a smartphone can print their tickets and passes at home via email or by logging into their ticket account at am.ticketmaster.com/latech.
Q: I've never used a ticket account page. Do I already have one or do I need to create one?
A: Everyone who has purchased a ticket from the Louisiana Tech Athletics ticket office already has an account in our system. You can log in to your account at am.ticketmaster.com/latech. For assistance, please call 318-257-3631 or email techtickets@latech.edu.
Q: What if I don't have a smartphone?

Q: What if my phone is lost, dead, or stolen and I need help on gameday?
A: Visit the ticket office for assistance on gameday. Joe Aillet Stadium has ticket offices on both the east and west sides of the facility. The Thomas Assembly Center ticket office is located on the east (stadium) side of the building.
Q: Can I have multiple tickets on one phone?
A: Yes. You can swipe through your tickets at the venue if everyone is present. For easier entry, it is recommended to transfer tickets to each attendee.
Q: What if my whole party isn't with me when I enter the venue?
A: All guests must be present to use tickets to enter Tech facilities. Fans are encouraged to send each attendee their own indicidual ticket if they are arriving separately.
