1. This credential is issued for official business only. No spouses, dates or children will be allowed in the Joe Aillet Stadium press box or on the sideline. 
2. Credentials are NON-TRANSFERABLE. Louisiana Tech University reserves the right to revoke any credential used by an individual not fully accredited, or in a working capacity.
3. This credential must be worn in plain sight at all times.
4. Acceptance of this credential constitutes agreement by the bearer and his/her media organization to abide by the foregoing conditions as prescribed above by Louisiana Tech University.
5. All credentials remain the property of Louisiana Tech University and must be surrendered upon request.

RELEASE AND WAIVER FOR PERSONS HOLDING CREDENTIALS
In consideration for Louisiana Tech University allowing the Holder of this Credential to enter Joe Aillet Stadium, the Holder of this Credential hereby assumes all risks and waives, discharges, releases and covenants not to sue Louisiana Tech University and its officers and employees from all liability -- including without limitation personal injury -- which the Holder of this Credential may sustain while on the Louisiana Tech grounds. 

LA Tech is and shall be the sole owner of any and all copyrights, intellectual property rights and proprietary rights for images, sounds, and data arising from or during LA Tech home athletics contests. Use of photographs, video and audio for purposes other than news coverage is forbidden.
