Biography
2021
- Competed in 11 events during the indoor and outdoor seasons.
- Competed primarily in the hammer throw, while also participating in the weight throw and discus.
- Finished first in the weight throw at the KMS Open (1/31) with a mark of 55-5 (16.89m).
- Registered a career-best mark of 56-11.25 (17.35m) to finish fifth in the Jaguar Invitational (2/7).
- Had a career-best mark of 152-10 (46.59m) in the hammer throw at the LSU Battle on the Bayou (4/3) to finish sixth.
- Finished in the top-15 in eight of the 10 events competed in during the 2021 season.
- Placed 16th at the Conference USA Outdoor Championships with a heave of 44.71m (146'-8") in the hammer throw
- Competed in the discus at The 38th Victor Lopez Classic, finishing 11th with a mark of 125-9 (38.32m).
2020
- Competed in five tournaments in the weight throw during the indoor season.
- Had one top-10 finish at the J.D. Martin Invitational (2/8) with a mark of 49-9.25 (15.17m).
- Best mark of the season came at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/17-18) with a throw of 52-8 (16.05m).
- Outdoor season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.Â
2019
- Competed in the discus and hammer during the outdoor season.
- Had a season-best mark in the discus at the NSU Invitational (4/12) at 142-07 (43.47m), finishing third.
- Also placed third at the ULL Classic (3/15) in the discus with a mark of 136-06 (41.61m).
- Had two top-10 finishes in the hammer, including a season-best mark of 137-04 (41.86m) at the NSU Invitational (4/12).
2018
- Competed in the shot put and discus during both the outdoor season in her first season with the Lady Techsters.
- Posted a season-best mark of 38-10.5 (11.85m) in the shot put to place 14th at the SFA Carl Kight Invitational (4/6).
- Finished fifth in the discus at the NSU Invitational (4/28) with a season-best throw of 133-9 (40.76m).
- Placed ninth in the discus at the SFA Carl Kight Invitational (4/6) with a throw of 123-7 (37.66m).
- Did not compete during the indoor season.
HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Tioga High School in Pineville in 2017 … Lettered in both basketball and track and field in high school … Competed in the shot put and discus events during her prep days … Finished in the top five in the discus and shot put at the 2016 LHSAA state track and field meet ... Won the 2017 4A state championship in the discus and shot put, while she also was the 2017 2-4A Regional champion in both events ... Earned All-Cenla honors in basketball in 2016 and 2017 ... Coached by Morgan Redmon.
