2021
- Competed in the 800m, 1500m, mile and distance medley relay during the 2021 season
- Recorded a personal best in the 1500m with a time of 3:59.86 at the LSU Boots Garland Invitational (6th)
- Finished 11th in the 800m with a time of 2:00.50 at LSU’s Battle on the Bayou
- Placed 14th in the 800m with a time of 2:01.61 at LSU’s Boots Garland Invitational
- Recorded a time of 2:00.61 in the 800m to place 36th at the J. Fred Duckett Twilight
- Finished 15th in the 1500m at the 38th Victor Lopez Classic with a time of 3:04.31
- Recorded a career-best time of 3:59.71 in the 1500m at the C-USA Outdoor Championship (5/13-16). Â
2020
- Competed in the mile, 3000m and distance medley relay during the indoor season
- Ran a time of 4:22.50 in the mile to place fifth at the UAB Blazer Invitational
- Helped Tech’s DMR team place second with a team time of 10:17.69 at the UAB Blazer Invitational
- Recorded a time of 8:38.12 in the 3000m at the Vanderbilt Invitational (31st)
- Placed 11th at the Houston G5-Super 22 Invitational with a time of 8:37.27
- Finished fifth at the Conference USA Indoor Track & Field Championships in the DMR with a team time of 10:17.88
- Outdoor season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic
2019
- Competed in the 800m, 1500m and 5000m during the outdoor season, recording five top-10 finishes
- Ran a time of 2:05.18 in lone 800m sprint of the season which came at ULL Classic (3/15)
- Ran a season-best time of 4:02.93 in the 1500m, placing first at the Jim Mize Invitational (4/5)
- Recorded another first place finish at the NSU Invitational (4/12) in the 1500m with a time of 4:03.03
- Came in second at the ULL Classic (3/15) in the 1500m with a time of 4:05.64
- Participated in the 5000m run at the Drake Relays (4/24), placing 10th with a time of 14:47.37
2018
- Competed in three events during the indoor season, including the 800m, 3,000m and 1-mile, while placing in the top 10 once in the 1-mile run.
- Ran a season-best time of 4:21.90Â in the mile to finish 9th at the Texas A&M Ted Nelson Invitational (1/12) during the indoor season.
- Posted a time of 2:02.02 in the 800m run at the Jaguar Invitational (2/4) to place 24th in the event.Â
- Ran a season-best time of 8:37.24 to place 13th at the C-USA Indoor Championships (2/17).
- Competed in four events during the outdoor season, including the 800m, 1,500m, 3,000m and 5,000m, while placing in the top 10 four times during the campaign.
- Placed second at the NSU Invitational (4/28) with a season-best time of 4:00.71 in the 1,500m run.
- Finished the 3,000m run with a season-best time of 8:53.50 to place second at the ULM Warhawk Classic (4/14).
- Ran a season-best time of 15:30.32 in the 5,000m run to place sixth in the event at the SFA Carl Kight Invitational (4/6).
2017
- Competed in four events during the indoor season, placing in the top 10 twice in the 1-mile run.
- Ran a season-best time of 4:19.43 in the mile to finish 8th at the South Alabama Crossplex (2/5).
- Placed sixth at the Texas A&M Aggie Team Invitational (1/13) with a time of 4:19.99 in the mile.
- Placed in the top 20 at the C-USA Indoor Championships (2/18) with a time of 8:38.20 in the 3,000m run.
- Finished the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/20) with a time of 8:41.60 in the 3,000m run.
- Competed in eight events over the course of the outdoor campaign, finishing in the top 10 four times, while never placing outside the top 25 in any event.
- Recorded a season-best time of 1:57.81 in the 800m run to place 12th at the LSU Alumni Gold (4/22).
- Posted a time of 4:02.58 in the 1500m run to place seventh in the event at the Ole Miss Classic (5/6).
- Also placed seventh in the 1500m run at the Southern Miss Invitational (3/31)Â with a time of 4:09.91.
- Competed in the 3,000m run at LA Tech’s season-opening Jim Mize Invitational (3/15) to place second with a time of 8:56.96.
- Finished third in the 5,000m run at the SFA Invitational (4/7) with a time of 14:56.70 in the event.
- Closed out the outdoor season by placing 25th in the 5,000m run with a time of 16:05.63 at the C-USA Outdoor Championships (5/11).
HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Jewel Sumner High School in 2016 … Lettered in track, cross country and football … Helped guide Jewel Sumner to the 3A outdoor track state championship in 2013 … Was a 3A state cross country champion in 2015, while also being named a 2016 indoor small school 3,200-meter run champion … 2016 3A state 1,600 and 3,200-meter outdoor champion … Coached by Jay Stuckey.
