• Credited with seven total tackles against Northwestern State (9/20), including a solo sack for a loss of four yards.

• Made his first career sack as part of a season-high six total tackles against Lamar (9/7).
• Tied season high with six total tackles against Army (9/28) in the Heart of Dallas Classic at the Cotton Bowl.

FRESHMAN (2012)
• Appeared in 11 games at defensive tackle.
• Recorded 21 total tackles (eight solo, 13 assisted) in his freshman season along with 1.5 tackles for a loss of five yards.
• Was credited with two tackles, including a solo stop for a loss of three yards, in his first collegiate appearance at Houston (9/8).
• Recorded a season-high four tackles against Rice (9/15) as one of his assisted tackles was for a loss of two yards.
• Matched season high with four total tackles at New Mexico State (10/27).
HIGH SCHOOL
• Lettered in football, basketball and track at North Pike High School.
• During his senior year (2011), recorded 121 tackles and 13 sacks for a loss of 37 yards while recovering a fumble.
• Ranked 37th in the state of Mississippi in sacks his senior year.
• During his junior year (2010), recorded 102 tackles and six sacks.
• Named all-district, all-area and all-state his senior year while claiming all-district honors his junior year.
