Kyle Roberts serves as a broadcaster for Louisiana Tech Athletics, providing play-by-play and analysis for Bulldog and Lady Techster events on ESPN+.
A Ruston native and Louisiana Tech graduate, Roberts has spent more than two decades working in sports media, journalism, broadcasting and communications. His broadcasting experience includes calling Louisiana Tech baseball and soccer, along with postseason and championship events.
Roberts is also the publisher and editor of the Lincoln Parish Journal, a digital news publication covering Ruston and Lincoln Parish, with an emphasis on local news, education, community events and high school athletics.
In addition to his work in media, Roberts serves as an adjunct instructor at Louisiana Tech University, teaching courses in areas including digital marketing, social media marketing and professional selling.
Throughout his career, Roberts has remained closely connected to athletics in north Louisiana as a broadcaster, sportswriter and journalist, covering countless student-athletes, coaches and teams at both the high school and collegiate levels.
Roberts and his wife, Judith, reside in Ruston with their two daughters.
