Mikayla Baillie enters her second year as director of basketball operations on Louisiana Tech women's basketball head coach Brooke Stoehr's staff.

Baillie, who oversees all of the day-to-day operations of the Lady Techster basketball program as well as the camp director of Brooke Stoehr basketball camps, came to LA Tech from Link Academy in Branson, Missouri, where she spent two seasons as an assistant coach.

Before stepping into the coaching ranks, Baillie played collegiately at Indiana Wesleyan University. She is an Illinois native.
