RUSTON, La. - Louisiana Tech's contest against preseason Top 10 Miami Oct. 28 will be televised in the southeastern region of the country on ESPN.

The Miami game marks the third Tech contest that has already been scheduled for television as the Bulldogs games against Kansas State (Fox Sports Net) and Penn State (ESPN Regional) will also be aired live.

ESPN officials also stated that a decision will be made - based on both team's records - 12 days prior to the contest as whether to air the game nation-wide on ESPN2.

Tech returns 11 starters off last year's 8-3 team, while Miami returns 14 starters off last season's 9-4 team that capped off the year with a 28-13 win over Georgia Tech in the Toyota Gator Bowl.
