Louisiana Tech Bulldogs basketball coach Keith Richard will be the speaker at the meeting of the Ruston chapter of the Tech Quarterback Club on Monday.

The group will meet at noon at Maxwell's Restaurant in the Ruston Ramada Inn, where Budke will review Louisiana Tech's home game against SMU and will also preview the Bulldogs' upcoming home games against Boise State and UTEP.
