Louisiana Tech Bulldogs basketball coach Keith Richard will be the speaker at the meeting of the Ruston chapter of the Tech Quarterback Club on Monday.

The group will meet at noon at Maxwell's Restaurant in the Ruston Ramada Inn, where Richard will review Louisiana Tech's home games against Nevada and Fresno State and will also preview upcoming road games at San Jose State and Hawaii.
