Radio, Internet Stream set for Tech/Army Game

Oct. 23, 2008

RUSTON -- Louisiana Tech's football game at Army Saturday will be streamed over the Internet on ESPN360.com and can be heard on both Sirius and XM radio as well as on the Louisiana Tech Radio Network.

There will be no television for the contest which is set to kickoff at 12:05 p.m. CST as the Bulldogs and Black Knights meet for the first time ever on the gridiron.

The game will be streamed live nationally exclusively on ESPN360.com, ESPN's signature broadband sports TV network. The game is available completely free to any student on campus (in fact, to any student on any U.S. College campus).

In order to link to the site, individuals can go to the network's player http://sports.espn.go.com/broadband/espn360/index?id=282990349. This will allow anybody on a computer on the LA Tech campus or anybody that has their high-speed Internet connection through one of the ESPN360.com affiliates to access it.

ESPN360.com is available in 24 million households nationwide via more than 20 Internet service providers around the country including AT&T, Verizon, RCN, Frontier, Cavalier, Charter, Mediacom, Conway, Grande Communications and more.

Suddenlink customers are currently not provided the option of picking up ESPN360.com.

The game will also be available on Sirius Channel 126 (LA Tech radio feed) and XM Channel 108 (Army radio feed). The contest can also be heard on the Tech Radio Network on KXKZ 107.5 FM (Ruston/Monroe) and KLKL 95.7 FM (Shreveport/Bossier) with Dave Nitz, Malcolm Butler and Benny Thornell providing the action.
