FRESNO, Calif. -- Louisiana Tech (4-18; 0-11) will play its second match of a four-match road swing Saturday, Nov. 1, at 9 p.m. to take on Fresno State (5-15; 2-9 WAC) in the Save Mart Center.
The Techsters lost Thursday night at NMSU State in three sets. Tech's offense was unable to produce any double-digit kills. Sophomore Kaycie Artim led the Techsters with five kills and eight digs with a .222 attack percentage. Sophomore setter Bianca Bin totaled 10 assists and 11 digs on the night.
The Techsters were able to outblock the Aggies by a final margin of 10.0 to 3.0.
Fresno State is on an eight-match losing streak and most recently lost to San Jose State in three sets by final scores of 16-26, 14-25 and 23-25.
Junior KC Clayton leads the Techsters at 1.93 kills per set.
The match is scheduled to start at 9 p.m.
