RUSTON -- Louisiana Tech (4-22; 0-15 WAC) will play its last regular season Saturday, Nov. 15, at 7 p.m. against the Utah State Aggies (10-16; 8-7 WAC) on senior night to honor Debora Bolonhini.

"Debora Bolonhini has been an outstanding senior - Her passing and defense rate among the best in the WAC," Tech head coach Matt Sonnichsen said. "It is not easy being the only senior, especially as this is the first year of a long term team building effort that will cumulate in La Tech Volleyball being nationally recognized. Debbie helped this team take a first big step towards this goal and I sincerely hope that she feels invested in our future success."

Bolonhini ranks second in the conference in digs per set at 4.18. For her career at Tech, she has totaled 621 digs. In this 2008 season, Debora's digs per set will put her second all time in the Louisiana Tech record books in digs per set. She is a two-time letter winning transfer from Illinois Central College.

The Techsters started strong Thursday night winning the first set 25-9 over SJSU. The Spartans responded with two straight set wins before the Techsters won set four to force a fifth and final set. Tech would not be able to come away with the win.

The Aggies lost in straight sets to New Mexico State Thursday night.
