Kids Zone Set For T-Day Spring Game

RUSTON - There will be plenty of talk of red zones and end zones during Louisiana Tech's T-Day Spring Game which is set for Saturday, April 12 at 1 p.m. at Joe Aillet Stadium.

However, for the young Bulldog fans, the chatter will be all about the Kids Zone.

All Louisiana Tech fans are encouraged to bring their youngsters out to the stadium early for the pre-game festivities which will be highlighted by the Kids Zone.

The little Bulldog fans can entertain themselves at the Kids Zone, which will feature inflatables, a dunking booth, face-painting, the Bulldog toss, games, and much more.

The Louisiana Tech cheerleaders, Champ and Tech XX will be on hand to interact with all the youngsters. Also all children will be allowed to form a tunnel welcoming the Bulldogs onto the field prior to the kickoff.

The Ruston Fire Department will have a fire truck on display outside the stadium by the southwest gate and will be providing bucket lift rides to any and all youngsters.

The Kids Zone will be open from 11 a.m. through the conclusion of the game and will be located on the hill in the south end of the stadium. Access to the Kids Zone should be done through the southwest gate located immediately next to the Charles Wyly Athletic Center.

Concessions will be sold in the Kids Zone, which will be monitored by student workers from the Tech athletic department.
