RUSTON--The Louisiana Tech men's and women's basketball team will be offering a free basketball clinic for all LA Tech Kids Club members sixth grade and under on Saturday, Oct. 24 from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. in the Thomas Assembly Center. The free basketball clinic is exclusive to LA Tech Kids Club members and is one of the many benefits provided as part of the yearly membership.

In an hour long clinic participants will learn the basic fundamentals of shooting, dribbling, passing and defense as taught by the Lady Techsters' and Bulldogs' players and coaches.

Lunch will be served and the final 30 minutes of the clinic will be used for all participants to receive autographs from Tech basketball players and coaches.

For only $30, children in the eighth grade and younger can become a kids club member. Members receive free admission to all regular season home games in every sport for the entire year, a kids club t-shirt, a neck lanyard, invitations to exclusive events and their name on the kids club Web site.

*Note- The clinic will be for sixth grade and under due to the fact that NCAA recruiting regulations do not allow clinics with boys seventh grade and older.
