RUSTON - Due to travel complications caused by the winter weather that blanketed the south, Louisiana Tech's women's basketball game against San Jose State that was scheduled for Saturday has been moved to Sunday.

The two teams will now tipoff at the Thomas Assembly Center Sunday at 2 p.m.

The contest was originally scheduled to be the first half of a doubleheader with the Bulldogs but San Jose State's flight into Dallas on Friday was canceled, forcing the Spartans to use Saturday as a travel day.

The Bulldog's game against Hawaii is still set for Saturday at the Thomas Assembly Center but tipoff has been moved up to 7 p.m.

The Extreme Dunk Team will still be able to perform at halftime of both the men's game on Saturday night and the women's game on Sunday afternoon.

Also, fans are reminded that they can purchase half price tickets by wearing pink to the games in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness. Donations will be taken at the doors for the Susan G. Komen Foundation and fans who donate at least $1 will be eligible for a $100 cash prize.

Doors to the Thomas Assembly Center will open one hour before each game. Fans must have a ticket to each game in order to gain entrance into the arena.
