  • Louisiana Tech is 5-6 all-time in WAC openers. Have played Hawai'i four times and are 1-3.
  • The 25,212 attendance is the fourth largest in Joe Aillet Stadium history. Only the second time that there have been crowds of over 20,000 in a season. The first time was in 2009 with games against Hawaii, Boise State and New Mexico State.
  • The Bulldogs have given up over 300 yards passing in all three home games this year.
  • Lyle Fitte recorded his longest rush of the season, 15 yards, on the opening drive of the game.
  • First time this season Tech has scored on the opening drive.

  • Pollard's three touchdown receptions are the most since Jalal Beauchman of San Jose State had three TD receptions on Nov. 27, 2010.
  • 196 passing yards by Hawaii in the first quarter is the most Tech has given up in a single quarter in 2011.
  • Andrew Guillot's 34 receiving yards are the most in his career. His three receptions ties his career-high in a game. Also had three at Texas A&M on Sept. 11, 2010.
  • Matt Broha's sack in the second quarter was the 17th of his career, breaking a tie for second on the all-time sacks list with Johnny Robinson (1977-80).
  • Hawaii's Pollard has 168 yards receiving, the most given up by the Bulldogs to an opposing receiver this season. The total is also the most in a half.
  • Nick Isham's 29 pass attempts is his highest in a half this season. He had 23 attempts in the second half at Southern Miss (9/3/11).
  • Isham is the first LA Tech quarterback to throw for three touchdowns in a game since Ross Jenkins did against Idaho on Oct. 16, 2010.
  • Isham's two interceptions tied his career-high. Threw two against Houston and Mississippi State.
  • Isham's four yard rushing touchdown in the fourth quarter was the first of his career.
  • 51 pass attempts by Isham is a career high.
  • Second career 300-yard passing game. Threw for 318 yards against Central Arkansas.
  • Lennon Creer's touchdown reception with 6:40 left in the third quarter was the first of his collegiate career.
  • Creer tied his career-high with 6 receptions that he set against Fresno State on Nov. 6, 2010.
  • The 3 play, 52 yard touchdown drive in the third quarter was the third fastest this season for the Bulldogs.
  • The blocked field goal in the second quarter was the third this season for Tech.
  • David Gru's 21-yard reception is his longest this season.
  • Taulib Ikharo's touchdown reception in the third quarter was his first of the season and the first TD reception that was not to Quinton Patton.
  • 49-yard interception return for the touchdown by Hawaii's Richard Torres was the first since Boyblue Aoelua of New Mexico State returned an interception for a score on Nov. 13, 2010.
  • Hawaii's Tank Hopkins fumble recovery for a touchdown was the second time an opponent returned a fumble for a score. Jerre McKnight of Central Arkansas returned a fumble 73 yards for a score on Sept. 9, 2011.
  • Adam Hymel recorded the first sack of his career in the third quarter.
  • Levander Liggins had his first career kick return in the third quarter.
  • Quinton Patton has over 100 yards receiving for the second game this season. He also has a touchdown reception in four straight games.
  • The four sacks allowed are tied for the most this season. Also allowed four sacks against Mississippi State (9/25/11).
  • The 34 pass completions by Hawaii are the most by an opposing team since San Jose State had 35 last season.
  • Joey Iosefa of Hawaii rushed for 99 yards, the most given up to a single player this season by the Bulldogs.
