POST-GAME NOTES
• With the 77-59 loss, Louisiana Tech ended the 2014-15 season with a 27-9 overall record. The Bulldogs are one of just five teams (Wichita State, Stephen F. Austin, Gonzaga and Arizona) to record 27+ victories in each of the past three seasons.
• LA Tech now trails in the all-time series versus Temple, 2-0, having lost both meetings in Philadelphia this season.
• LA Tech is now 12-9 all-time in NIT games. The Bulldogs have made nine appearances in the tournament.
• LA Tech finished the season 9-8 in road games. The Bulldogs have won 30 true road games in the past three years combined.
• The three seniors - Raheem Appleby, Michale Kyser and Kenneth Smith - ended their careers as the winningest Bulldogs in program history with 101 career victories.
• Alex Hamilton and Raheem Appleby combined to score 1,067 points this season. They finished as the seventh highest scoring duo in program history.
• The five turnovers by Temple were the fewest that LA Tech was able to force in a single game this season.
• LA Tech took great care of the basketball as well with only six turnovers. That marked the fourth time this season the Bulldogs committed six or few turnovers in a single game.
• The 59 total points by the Bulldogs was the fourth fewest scored in a single game this season.
• LA Tech starting lineup - Alex Hamilton, Michale Kyser, Erik McCree, Raheem Appleby and Kenneth Smith.
• Speedy made his team-leading 118th career start which ties for the third most in program history.
• Hamilton made his 75th straight start as a Bulldog.
• McCree led the Bulldogs in scoring with 14 points, 12 of which came in the first half. It marks the eighth time this season the redshirt sophomore has led the team in scoring.
• Kyser added 10 points. He finished the season having scored in double figures in six of the last seven games.
• Appleby also had 10 points. He scored double digits in 31 of the 36 games this season.
• Speedy registered eight points, five assists, two rebounds, two steals and one block prior to going out of the game with an injury.
