Lala Aviles:

Our first senior joined the Lady Techsters as a freshman in 2013 and has played in 373 sets in her career. In just this past season, she is averaging nearly 4.75 digs per set and is averaging well over 4 digs per set in her career. She has totaled 88 service aces to this point in her career, including 24 in her senior season alone. This past October, she shattered a 20-year school record, as she registered her 1,478th career digs in a win over UTEP, helping propel the Lady Techsters to their first three-game conference win streak since 1999. She didn't stop there and has now totaled1,548 digs in her career. During a 2015 match against UTPA, Aviles registered a program-record 35 digs in the match. At the same time she has also racked up 315 assists, including 104 during her junior season. She is accompanied by her mother Yannary Jimenez and her sisters Andrea and Irene Jimenez. A native of San Juan, Puerto Rico, number 5 Lala Aviles!

Angie Papach:

Our next senior also joined the Louisiana Tech program in 2013 and has played in 369 sets in her career. She currently ranks fourth in Conference USA with 367 kills this season. The senior also averages nearly 3.5 kills per set which ranks sixth in all of Conference USA. When the competition has increased, so has her performance. In Conference USA matches, she is averaging nearly 4 kills a set which ranks top three in Conference USA. She registered a career-high 20 kills in a win over Charlotte. During her four year career, she has totaled 835 kills and 131 total blocks. During the 2016 season, she has more than tripled her career total for service aces, racking up 23 this season alone, giving her 34 aces for her career. She has recorded 203 digs in 2016, which brings her career total to 279. She is accompanied by her mother, Susan Papach. A native of Wilmington, North Carolina, number 16 Angie Papach!

Hannah Wright:

Our final senior also joined the Louisiana Tech program in 2013 and has totaled 261 sets played in her career. In her four year career, she has totaled 258 kills averaging a kill per set for her career. She broke the century mark this season with 110 kills so far during her senior campaign. She has registered a kill in 26-of-28 match this season, including a season-high eight kills in a conference match against UTSA. She recorded a career-high 11 kills, helped lead Louisiana Tech to an upset win over Rice in 2015. It wouldn't be the last time she played a vital role in historic victory for the Lady Techsters. On October 30, in LA Tech's monumental win over UTSA, she would record the final kills of the match, propelling LA Tech to a straight-set victory. She is accompanied by her Mother Karen Wright.
