April 6, 2017 RUSTON, La. - Conference USA officials announced on Thursday that two of Louisiana Tech's seven home football games in 2017 will be nationally televised this fall on CBS Sports Network and ESPN networks.
Louisiana Tech will host SEC foe Mississippi State on Saturday, Sept. 9 at Joe Aillet Stadium in a game that will be broadcast live at 6:30 p.m. CT on CBS Sports Network.
The Bulldogs' final regular season matchup of the campaign versus UTSA will also be shown nationally on either ESPN, ESPN2 or ESPNU with exact network and kickoff time to be decided 12 days out from the game. The game versus the Roadrunners is set for Saturday, Nov. 25 at Joe Aillet Stadium in Ruston.
Additional Conference USA football television exposures through other league television partners, as well as select non-conference road games that will air on other conferences television packages will be released as soon as they are finalized.
Louisiana Tech fans can now purchase or renew their season tickets for the upcoming 2017 football season with the Bulldogs coming off three consecutive nine-win seasons, three straight bowl victories for the first time in school history and one of the most impressive home slates on the horizon next fall.
Fans can purchase season tickets online at www.LATechSports.com/tickets or by calling the LA Tech Ticket Office at 318-257-3631. The renewal deadline is set for June 1, while fans will also have the opportunity to save up to $84 by becoming a season ticket holder rather than purchasing single-game tickets next season.
All new and renewed season ticket buyers will be invited to an exclusive tour of the new press box at Joe Aillet Stadium next fall at a date to be determined during the 2017 season. The press box is expected to reach completion by the start of the 2017 football season.
