ABOUT LOUISIANA TECH (7-2)
The Bulldogs extended their winning streak to three with a 78-69 come-from-behind victory over rival UL-Lafayette this past Saturday.  Trailing by as much as nine in the first half, LA Tech exploded for 47 second-half points to improve to 5-0 at home this season.

Cobe Williams had arguably his best game as a Bulldog, scoring a career-high 20 points to go along with a season-high seven rebounds.  The point guard tacked on three assists and three steals while making 6-of-8 shots from the field and 7-of-8 free throw attempts.

Amorie Archibald added a season-high 18 points and Kenneth Lofton, Jr. posted his sixth double-double of the season with 17 points and 10 rebounds.  Lofton (19.1) and Archibald (12.3) continue to anchor the team in scoring while C. Williams is the team leader in assists (39) and steals (12).

ABOUT LSU-SHREVEPORT (5-5)
The Pilots are sitting at a .500 record after its recent 76-69 loss to No. 2-ranked Loyola (they play Dillard at home on Dec. 13).  Despite the loss, they are still averaging 89.8 points per game, having eclipsed 100 points on three occasions.

LSUS was the unanimous pick to finish first in the Red River Athletic Conference preseason poll. Last season, the Pilots finished with a 16-2 overall record and a 6-1 conference record in the RRAC. They won the program's seventh conference regular season championship and the ninth conference tournament championship.

Three Pilots – Royce Hunter (15.8), Jeff Boyd (14.6) and Lony Francis (13.6) – are averaging double-digit points.
