RUSTON, La. – Louisiana Tech football will host a car wash on Wednesday, June 23, at the Chevron Car Wash on Tech Drive. This community service effort will directly support the Boys & Girls Club of North Central Louisiana.

Players from Team Bulldogs, the losing team in the 2021 LA Tech spring game, will be washing cars for donations from the public.

The car wash will run from 2-4 p.m. at the Chevron Car Wash located at 1006 Tech Drive in Ruston.
 
All proceeds from the car wash will go toward the Boys & Girls Club of North Central Louisiana, which helps youth become responsible, caring citizens and acquire skills for participating in the democratic process. They also develop leadership skills and provide opportunities for planning, decision-making, contributing to Club and community and celebrating our national heritage.

Louisiana Tech opens the 2021 season at Mississippi State on Saturday, Sept. 4, at 3 p.m. Tech will then open a three-game home stretch against Southeastern Louisiana on Saturday, Sept. 11, at 6 p.m. inside Joe Aillet Stadium.
