RUSTON, La. – Louisiana Tech heads down to Nacogdoches, Texas to finish off the spring season with a play day on Saturday, April 23 against Houston Baptist, Panola College and Texas Women's University.
 
PLAY DAY SCHEDULE
Houston Baptist at 10 a.m.
Panola at 12 p.m.
Texas Women's at 2 p.m.
 
"This has been a really challenging but exciting spring season for us to date. These tournaments where you are playing 3 and 4 matches in one day can be grueling, especially when you are suiting up only 4 attackers on the roster," said Head Coach Amber McCray.
 
"Despite those challenges, we responded well overall in Houston by splitting with a couple teams who finished either conference champions or runner-up just this past fall and returned majority of their rosters. Several of our Lady Techsters have stepped up though sometimes needing to play out of position to make it work for us, and we have still found ways to succeed. Our final tests this Saturday at SFA will give us one more opportunity to implement all we have been focusing on this spring as we continue to find progress in the process and build for the future."
 
The Techsters look to wrap up a successful spring as the summer preparation for the 2022 season approaches.
