RUSTON, La. – Louisiana Tech set to face ULM on Tuesday at 4 PM at J.C. Love Field at Pat Patterson Park.Tech will look to keep its four-game win streak going against ULM.

ABOUT LOUISIANA TECH (20-6)
Tech picked up a series sweep over conference opponent Jax State over the weekend. Outfielder Cole McConnell had four home runs in total on Saturday, while he had three in game two against Jax State. McConnell was the first player to have three home runs in a game since Tim Meadows in 2001 against UNO. Senior McConnell was announced CUSA Hitter of the Week on Monday. Ethan Bates has seven saves on the year, which ranks second in the country. Tech has a team batting average of .305 with 279 hits and 189 RBI on the season. 

ABOUT ULM (13-11)
ULM dropped its series against Georgia State this past weekend. The Warhawks secured a 13-10 win on Friday against Georgia State. ULM is currently batting .290 as a team with 227 hits and 157 RBI on the year. The Warhawks have a slugging percentage of .479 and on-base percentage of .398. 

THE SERIES
Tech is 75-53 in the all-time series against ULM. In 2023, Tech dropped both games against the Warhawks in the home and away series. The Bulldogs lost 8-5 and 10-6  last season, which ULM hadn't won back-to-back games since 2007.
