Louisiana Tech picked up two wins against Liberty and FIU. Paris Bradley led the way with 36 points, 11 rebounds, and 11 assists to earn her fifth CUSA Freshman of the Week Honors.
Bradley's game-winner against the Lady Flames is the first last-second shot for the Lady Techsters to win a game since Salma Bates hit a three to beat Boise State 60-57 on November 26, 2021. On the season, Bradley leads Tech with 12.8 points, 3.0 assists, and 1.5 steals per game.
Jianna Morris continues to improve during her sophomore campaign. The 5-7 point guard averages 11.4 points, 3.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 1.0 steals per game, all up from last season. Against Liberty and FIU, Morris had 31 points, 10 rebounds, and four assists.
A veteran leader, Robyn Lee, has been crucial for Tech this season. A steady presence in the box score, Lee has scored in double figures 15 times this season. The grad student ranks sixth in CUSA with a 45.6 shooting percentage.
Jordan Marshall recorded her sixth double-double of the season against FIU, the most by a Lady Techster since the 2021-22 season. The freshman forward recorded 16 points and 15 rebounds against the Panthers. Marshall continues to be one of the top freshman rebounders in the country, ranking third with 8.0 rebounds a game and fourth with 176 total boards.
ABOUT KENNESAW STATE (8-14, 3-8)
Kennesaw State enters the game on a four-game losing streak after falling to WKU and Middle Tennessee last week.
The Owls rely on four-time CUSA Player of the Week, Prencis Harden. On the season, Harden averages 15.2 points, 11.1 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 1.2 steals per game. Her 13 double-doubles on the season lead the league and rank eighth in the country. She also ranks seventh nationally in rebounds per game (11.1) and defensive rebounds per game (8.0). The 5-11 forward has 18 games in double figures with seven games scoring over 20.
Another key contributor for Kennesaw State is Keyarah Berry. The senior guard earned CUSA Player of the Week honors during the second week of the season after scoring 24 in back-to-back games before getting into the starting lineup. On the year, Berry has nine games in double figures with two double-doubles.
Keiara Griffin is another starter for the Owls, who average close to 10 points per game. The forward has come on strong with seven games of 10 or more points during conference play. Her 10.2 ppg during league play ranks 22nd.
Kennesaw State's veteran leadership is shown in another grad student, Carly Hooks. Hooks averages 9.9 points a contest and is the Owls' three-point threat. Her 3.5 assists per game ranks fifth in CUSA.
