RUSTON – The new' Voice of the Bulldogs' Kyle Schassburger will team up with veteran Teddy Allen in the radio booth as the duo gets set to call the 2025 Louisiana Tech Football season.
 
Schassburger was announced by LA Tech Athletics and Learfield this past June as the new Director of Broadcasting, having recently served as a Network Coordinator for six years at Learfield.
 
He will partner up with Allen who will begin his 15th season serving as the color analyst, having been on the headset for over 175 Bulldog games.
 
Joining them as a sideline reporter this season for select games will be Jerry Byrd, a former Bulldog offensive lineman.  Byrd has served in this capacity for the last three years.
 
LA Tech fans can tune into the radio broadcast on KXKZ 107.5 FM, which has served as the flagship station for Bulldog Football since 1998.  Fans in the Shreveport market can listen to the games on KLKL 95.7 FM while those in the Alexandria market can catch the action on KDBS 94.7 FM and 1410 AM.
 
As always, every Bulldog radio broadcast can also be heard through the LA Tech Athletics app.
 
The LA Tech Sports Network team will host a 90-minute pregame show prior to kickoff as well as a 30-minute postgame show. 
 
The Bulldogs open the 2025 season on Saturday, Aug. 30 against Southeastern at 6:30 p.m. CT inside Origin Bank Field at Joe Aillet Stadium.
