RUSTON – Louisiana Tech continues its fall season this weekend as the Bulldogs will be one of 11 teams competing in the ACU Invitational.

ABOUT LOUISIANA TECH
LA Tech will be back together after being split up this past week.  Junior Zoie Epps opened her fall slate at the ITA All-American Championships in North Carolina, winning three straight matches against opponents from Portland, Florida State, and Fordham to advance to the qualifying draw. 
 
Meanwhile, the rest of the Bulldogs spent the weekend down south in Lafayette at the Ragin' Cajuns Invitational.  Sophomore June Vigneron went undefeated in singles at the tournament, claiming victories over UL-Lafayette, McNeese, and North Alabama. 
 
Also collecting singles wins were senior Diana Starodubtseva as well as sophomores Alice Brook and Maria Tsironi.   

ABOUT THE TOURNAMENT
Singles will play best two out of three sets (no ad scoring) with a 10-point tiebreaker for first round and consolation. Second round main draw and finals matches will be a full three sets.  All doubles will be a 6-game set with no ad scoring.
