Louisiana Tech is coming off another double-digit CUSA win, defeating the Panthers 71-49 in the Thomas Assembly Center, its 10

Alexia Weaver and
Jianna Morris exploded in the fourth, shooting 5-6 from three and scoring a combined 17 points in the first five minutes of the frame. Their push helped LA Tech push the lead to its highest point, winning 71-49.
Â
Weaver and Morris shared the scoring crown with 14 points, despite Weaver not making a basket until the fourth quarter. Both guards combined for seven three pointers, five coming in the final frame.
Â
Jordan Marshall was on double-double watch with 13 points and nine rebounds. The Little Rock native shot 7-8 from the charity stripe and grabbed five offensive boards, her most since Jan. 15

Â
The Lady Techsters have won 10 of their last 11 games by at least 12. The average margin of those games is 18.9, increased to 19.4 in the TAC. LA Tech has held five offenses to 50 points or less during their win streak.
Â
During conference play, Louisiana Tech boasts the best offense and the best defense in the league, scoring 72.3 points per game while holding the opposing offense to 55.2 points per game.
Â
The Lady Techsters defense faced FIU's Rhema Collins, the leading scorer in CUSA, twice. Collins scored nine points in January and scored five points Thursday night, her lowest this season. The Ole Miss transfer averaged 18.3 points a contest, failing to score 18 in both games combined.
Â
Louisiana Tech is on pace to score over 75.0 points per game while holding opposing offenses to less than 60.0 points per game. It would be the first time in CUSA women's basketball history.
