High School: Graduated from Grapevine High School in 2017 ... Batted over .430 in consecutive seasons, with an OPS over 1.000 during that same stretch ... As a junior he stole 26 bases while also hitting 11 doubles ...As a sophomore in 2014 he was the District 6-5A Newcomer of the Year ... In 2015 Was named first team all-state in Texas by two separate organizations ... Most Valuable Player of the State Tournament in 2016 ... Led his team to a Texas 5A State Championship where he was named the most valuable player of the championship game after tossing seven innings, striking out seven and allowing just two runs ... As a sophomore on the mound, Neuman tossed 32 innings and registered a 1.95 ERA, he was the only sophomore on Grapevines Varisty roster ...
