HEALTH & SAFETY
The Louisiana Tech Athletics department will implement a number of measures this season
to help make sure your gameday experience is as healthy and safe as possible.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES

All working-staff members on gameday will be required to check-in by going through our mandated COVID-19 questionnaire and getting his/her temperature checked upon arrival. Once cleared, the staff member will receive a wristband which identifies that he/she has been safely cleared for work that day and can proceed with operations through the facilities. If a staff member fails the check-in protocols even after a cooling-off period, that person will be sent home and not allowed to work that day.

The following groups are required to check-in:Stay Safe decal

  • Aramark Dining Staff
  • Concessions Staff
  • WeStaff Event Ushers
  • Law Enforcement
  • Officials, Chain Crew & Ball Crew

INGRESS OPERATIONS
Lines: All stadium and facility entrance points will have adequate line-queues to filter and control fans' path into the stadium with signage and floor decals requiring fans to maintain physical distance (6ft) while waiting in line.

Tickets: All tickets will be mobile/digital to limit the contact between event staff and the fans entering the stadium. No free entry will be allowed after halftime without a ticket in order to control capacity numbers. Patrons may only enter the side of the stadium that his/her ticketed seat is on (no crossovers).

Clear Bags: Clear bags will be required at Louisiana Tech athletic events for the 2020-21 academic year. This is another effort to provide expedited entrance to our facilities and help with social distancing efforts. Clear Bag Policy

Masks: All fans and patrons attending the game will be required to wear a face covering into Joe Aillet Stadium on gameday as this complies with the State of Louisiana Mask Mandate. The order requires face coverings for everyone ages 8 and older except for anyone who has a medical condition that prevents the wearing of a face covering.

Elevators: Elevator lines will be queued and have floor decals requiring patrons to maintain a 6-foot distance in front of and behind the groups around them while standing in line. Only 4 people will be allowed at a time in any elevator throughout our facilities. Patrons are encouraged to use the stairs.
