RUSTON, La. ? More than 50 Louisiana Tech student-athletes have been honored with 2006-07 Western Athletic Conference Scholar-Athlete Awards. The award is given to student-athletes with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher and have attended Tech for at least three quarters.

Tech athletics and the WAC support all its student-athletes and their efforts in the classroom. Each would like to recognize and thank the following athletes for their hard work because without success in the classroom first, success on the playing cannot happen.
