RUSTON -- The Louisiana Tech athletic department has once again made it more convenient for parents to register their children for the LATech Kids Club by announcing the July tour dates on Tuesday.
The July registration tour consists of 11 dates beginning on July 1 at the Top Dawg Youth Baseball Camp at J.C. Love Field at Pat Patterson Park. The tour will also visit the Kerry Rupp Basketball Camp at the Thomas Assembly Center, the North Central Louisiana Arts Council's (NCLAC) summer arts camps and the Pecanland Mall in Monroe.
Athletic department staff will visit the NCLAC's summer arts camp at four different sites starting with July 10 at the First United Methodist Church in Arcadia. The tour will then visit the Assembly of God Church in Farmerville on July 17 and Trinity United Methodist Church in Ruston on July 24. The tour will wrap up at the Jonesboro United Methodist Church in Jonesboro on July 31.
For only $30, children in the eighth grade and younger can become a LATech Kids Club member and receive admission to all regular season home games in every sport for the entire year.
Members will also receive an official LATech Kids Club t-shirt, a neck lanyard, invitations to exclusive kids club events, their name on the LATech Kids Club Web site and invitations to special coaching clinics.
All memberships are valid from July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010.
