Oct. 8, 2014 RUSTON - Louisiana Tech head coach Tyler Summitt announced that Friday and Saturday's practices will be open to the public giving fans an opportunity to watch the team in preseason workouts.
The Lady Techsters will practice Friday at Scotty Robertson Memorial Gymnasium from 5 to 8 p.m. and Saturday at the Thomas Assembly Center from 8 to 11 a.m.
Summitt and Co. began official team workouts Monday as the Lady Techsters prepare for their second year as a member of Conference USA. During the covered-dish event which will be held at Argent Pavilion adjacent to the Thomas Assembly Center, Summitt will introduce this year's players, coaches and support staff while previewing the upcoming season.
